Dear all,
Under adaptation section, you can claim 5 points if you or your spouse have a first degree relative in canada. My problem is that the spelling of the family name is different between my spouse and her sister in Canada"they made their passports at different times and we didn't have a standered transelation methodolgy for passport service in my countery at that time. So for instance, it could be written Mahfouz, Mahfouze or Mahfoudh. And subsequently, when we issued an ENGLISH birth certificates, they have the same different spelling.

Do you think this mismatch in family name between the two sister can raise the Canadian authorities suspesion? Will I'm still able to claim my points in spite of three letter difference in  spelling?

Thank you in advance for your opinions

Tell ur wife sister in Canada to make a affidavit and send it across. It will work out fine provided she is not there on any social  assistance from govt.
