LMO / work pemit

I have studied 3 semester in canada. I studied 3rd semester in april
2010. but i have become pharmacist now.so It is still possible to get
work permit of 1 year beacuse i have completed 1 year study.If i get 1
year work permit then it is very easy for me to get contract in
mannitoba or saskatoon. or should I go for LMO ??
 or should i complete my study? I also wish to know about the chance
of getting succeful LMO or work permit if I apply .
