LMO through staffing agency w/ multiple clients/employers

Hello,

Can anyone figure out how I could make this possible for these condition:

- Currently on post-graduate work permit that will expire May 2012.
- Currently working as a mascot performer (NOC level B code 5232) through a staffing/talent agency on part-time causal basis.
- I have been working as different mascots for different companies. (corporates, banks, etc.)
- The agency issues cheques for my work.
- Usually the advance notice for work is less than one month in advance.

As I know that agency cannot act as the employer for the process of getting LMO, but with each company requests my service with short notice and the process of getting LMO can take months, what are the options that I have to continue working with this company? Also, will I need a specific work permit for each company? (As if I will be working for 10 different companies, would that be like $1500 of processing fees for all the work permits?) This is a very similar case to Canada-based foreign actors working thru the agency and I would like to know how they've dealt with it. I want to keep this job and build my performance resume and experience.
