LMO
« on: October 06, 2009, 01:24:13 pm »

Hello everybody,

Could any Canadian employer (e.g. Tim Hortons or a restaurant) apply for an LMO which grants their employee, a foreign worker, an extension on their working holiday visa? And what is the likelyhood of success? Thanks to anyone who can give some feedback?

Yes as a semi-skilled worker, maximum of 2 years.  They have to have advertised to obtain the LMO.  No idea of the success rate these days.
