my LMO says " no formal education requirements". does it mean that i don't need experience in that field of work?
pls help anyone...

Do you have prior experience in the job?  What kind of job?  You could be denied because they don't consider you to be qualified but also if they think you are a risk to overstay in Canada.

my job offer is breeding/farrowing technician..well actually me and my family grew up in a piggery farm since i was a child.i work there temporary too.if experience is a must i got lots of them.but since i'm not working full time there i cant get an certificate of employment besides i just got an training certificate to the owner of the farm.
as you said my resume as of now will not look skilled enough to apply..is there any chance that i got to be denied? what options do i still have to pass?

If you are under the NOC for specialized livestock workers, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Profile.aspx?val=8&val1=8253 it says for requirements:

Employment requirements

Farm supervisors and specialized livestock workers may require a college certificate or other specialized training in agriculture or livestock husbandry.

So because it says "may", it means you don't necessarily need any education.  Your work experience is enough.  You just need a letter from the farmer you have been working for that you have worked there part time or full time during which periods and that is enough to show experience.

By letter I mean that your farmer can write a letter that looks something like this:

(Place, dd.mm.yyyy)

To whom it may concern

I, (name of farmer), certify that (your name), date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy) has worked on my pig farm in (location, country) since (date1) until present.  (your name) has experience with (task1), (task2) and (task3).  He is hard working and reliable (or whatever else he wants to say about you).

(signature of farmer)
mailing address of farm
phone number

If the farmer does not or can not write the letter in English, you can get him to write it in his language and get it translated by a certified translator.  The farmer if he is a nice guy may also not care if you write the letter yourself and he will sign.  That is what my employer told me when I wanted a reference letter.  Just write what you want, I will sign.

Those were the kind of letters I used to verify my work experience when I applied for skilled worker some years ago.  What kind of other letter could you have?  Who is supposed to verify that you worked there except for the farmer you worked for?  Who is supposed to know if you are a good worker and what tasks you can perform if not the farmer you worked for?

Yes, they may verify your experience by calling the farmer.  They may also look up the farm, see it is a real farm and let that be enough.  They may also just believe the letter as it stands.

is a letter like that enough sir? will they actually call whoever contact number provided in the reference letter?coz there's a rumor i read about that they will trace, call the person or they will even check or investigste or validate or whatever they call it if you really worked on that company.is this true?

They would be perfectly within their rights to do so.  Part of VO's duty is to ensure all documents (including letters) they receive are real.  A phone call is a good way of verifying experience that has been claimed.  So they may or may not do it.  It's at their discretion.  What you read is not a rumour, it's a fact for many applicants.
