I have LMO fax copy, on the 1st page it says: "Please find a letter of confirmation ... for a period of two years".

In annex there's opinion expiry date is 2 years from application date - 2010 (got it in 2008).

There's also duration of employment in job informations which says "1 year".

Is it one year or two year LMO, is it good for WP renewal or I need a new one?

Also, if it's indeed for 2 years, my salary actually increased last year and it's outlined in offer (to be sent along with LMO), can I still use this LMO for WP renewal or there should be exact match in salaries?

Thanks!

Whatever, i called to CIC and they said i have to renew it.

2 years mean the period within you can apply for,

duration of employment for 1 year means it's used up with 1st work permit and needs to be renewed.
