Hi,

I have worked in Canada since 2007, I have gotten 2 approved LMOs and new work permits. I applied for federal skilled in January 2010, and sent my forms to Buffalo in June 2010. My current work permit expired October 1 and my employer applied for a new LMO in June. The application was rejected and my employer has appealed it. HRSDC have pretty much told us that the appeal won't be approved, so I was wondering
1. Is it possible to request Buffalo to change my PR application from federal skilled to experience class.
2. My fiances visa expires in February, so he's planning to apply for a PNP now. I will apply for a visitor visa to keep me in the county. Is there any advice for filling in the visitor visa application to increase the chance of it being approved?
3. We have looked up my fiances job on the HRSDC site and on the BC work futures site. Under the HRSDC site it says he is earning the average hourly rate, but under the BC work futures site it says he is being underpaid. Which would be more accurate?? He's worried it will be rejected. Also, it says on the BC work futures site that the prospects are "average". Does anyone know if that's a good sign or a bad sign? Honestly, if it's likely to be rejected then we'd prefer to know, so we can look at another plan instead of me being out of work for months.

Thanks so much, I know it's a lot of questions Smiley
