LMO for bookkeper

Hi there! Does anyone know what I should do in my situation?
I've found employer which agreed to open LMO for me in British Colombia .He wants to hire me as a bookkeeper (for financial adviser) .The problem is that he advertised my position on job bank as accountant /bookkeeper with wage 17.25 one month ago. But recently they changed NOC just for Bookkeeper with wage 18.00.
What is better to do? Should I ask him to change it on job bank or put a new advertise?
He is going to send it to HRSDC for approval this week. I want receive positive LMO and dont want any delays and refuses in future.
Does anyone know how long it take to receive an answer from HRSDC?
If I have LMO from company (not very big) does it mean that I can receive work permit? I'm citizen of Ukraine.
