Hi

My LMO will expire by April 30, but I have work permit upto June 4.
How long it takes to get LMO in New Brunswick?
Can I work after April 30?
If I want to apply for my extension till what date should my application reach Alberta?

Please advice.

Thanks in advance

1.  You can continue to work to 04/06/09.
2.  Your employer needs to apply for an extension of the LMO probably fairly soon.
3.  For the same employer with an extended LMO  it takes 60 days.

At least 60 days before your wp expires.
