Can somebody help me with my question please?

My employer is going to hire my sister (LIVE IN CAREGIVER) she issued a positive LMO and gonna expire this January 26, 1010, but my sister will submit her application by january 19, 2010(late due to delays of her certificate).
Do you think the immgration still gonna accept her papers even the LMO is gonna expire in 5 business day? What is the best thing to do?
My sister is still in the PHILIPPINES and shes going to submit her application in the PHILIPPINES.

Any opinion or fact will be helpful. THANKS

Ask her to get some sort of certified letter from her school explaining that certificate in process and enclosing cover letter explaining that certificate will follow instead of waiting. That way her application will in process, leaving her at least two week instead of one.

She should be okay. The LMO is not expired yet. She just had to make sure her application reaches CIC before the expiration of the LMO. The work contract must be current though.
