LMO cancelled with visa

I have a friend and her LMO was cancelled, but her visa already issued. If she have a new LMO, Can she use her old visa to go to Canada? or she need to re-apply again.tnx

She may use the entry visa to come to Canada, but she needs a new LMO for a WP to work here.

Is there no problem in immigration if she use her new LMO? She's afraid she might be sent back home.Thanks
