Hi, I just need some help regarding my application. I applied for a wp extension last jan 26, 2011 but my lmo was still in process. I heard that VO in vegreville do not do concurrent processing. I just got my approved lmo yesterday and when i called up the office the person bluntly told me that my application will be rejected 99.99% since i did not include the lmo. Are they allowed to give judgement on an application? It is very discouraging. But she did include in my system file the approved lmo number file. And the VO is still processing application sent before Nov 28, 2010. Do i need to fax the LMO to vegreville? if so, can anyone provide me a number....thank you all so much..

1.  What did you want her to do lie?  No LMO, No concurrent processing (except those for 2 weeks).  There is no fax no. for Vegreville listed.  You should note that you will now have to probably apply for restoration and you only have 90 days after the expiration of you status.  You didn't state when you status expires.

yes, read the above link.  If they don't receive an approved LMO in Vegreville within 2 months, your application will be refused.  You have to include proof that the employer submitted the LMO to Service Canada.

and 1 more thing PMM, please.. if after 2 months and i wasnt able to provide vegreville with a positive LMO, then i get rejected. I will have to leave Canada right away , is this correct? Being on an implied status, I am not violating any immigration law by overstaying beyond the date stated in my orig WP??. Sorry if these sound dumb, I am going nuts here. Thanks again.
