My friend has opened a restaurant in Toronto.

I am an international student and presently on work permit and working in Toronto for a restaurant.

My friend being the owner of the new restaurant, he is ready to help me for getting PR.

Can he help me in getting an LMO or a job offer?

Thanks in advance.

Arranged Employment Opinion or PNP through Opportunities Ontario.  Read up on that stuff and see if it fits for you.
