Hello all,

The employer and I have waited over 2 months for the LMO application. The employer was recently contacted and denied the application. Was advised to re-post the job on Canada Manpower for 10 days and if there is a failure with response or failure for applicants to facilitate their requirements for the job to resubmit my application for review.

The employer let me know that they will have to re-post the job and will try to re-apply for me. The contact they spoke to said they should follow up with them and will help them with the re-application.

I just waited all this time for nothing didn't I, because they are really needing this position filled asap and have waited long enough with delays. Is there anything else I should do or know given this situation? Please those who have gone through similar situation either in past or present please share your experience.

Any advice or feedback will help, thank you.

I found out last month that the LMO was denied <after waiting since July 11>. I guess according to Service Canada there was not enough  information to prove that they couldn't find someone locally.
