I am applying to sponor my wife while I live out side Canada, do i need to send my application to same addess mentioned in the application (in Mississauga), I need also to pay online, they are asking where I will send my application, should I mention Mississauga office?

1) Yep, all outland applications still go to Mississauga first.
2) Yep, since it has to go there first, choose Mississauga as the visa office when paying online.
