Living in Canada on visitor visa

My question is can my husband live in Canada on Visitor Visa and travel to US everyday for work ? Our file is in Buffalo, just received AOR, nothing else.
He is on H1B visa in US.

This might not be so but I have a strong believe that he will risk being denied entry to Canada each day he goes to work.
