LC's should be required to pass a multiple choice or scenario-based test that helps them understand what is lawful and what isn't. And if they can't comprehend/pass the test, then they shouldn't be allowed to work here because they could be vulnerable to abuse.
Also, foreign workers' rights should be printed out and posted in a wall somewhere in the home, similar to how the health and safety act is required to be posted in some workplaces.
