Live-in Caregiver Program "Client's Medical Certificate"

Hi Guys, I hope you could help me. I received a letter from the embassy that requires me to submit a medical certificate that lists all the medical conditions of my client and an explanation as to why a caregiver is required.  The doctor who will issue the medical certificate is having a hard time because my client has no major health issues. However, she is already in her late 70's, suffering from rheumatism and high blood/cholesterol. I'm just wondering if there is someone here has the same situation. Please help me on how can we justify the need for a caregiver. Thanks in advance. God Bless this forum
