Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

I've signed and sent it to my friends. One of my friends is live-in as well, so asked me - what is it for? i don't have even a complete year as a live-in, the application is far away, what this petition would do for ME?
I've said - one day you'll apply anyway, right? look at this abusive situation, we are all in the same circumstances, don't look at yourself like you are alone and you gonna come over the situation by yourself. and by the time you gonna apply, God bless us, you can get your papers right away... We have to be close, together!
Girls, if you still not sure about signing, nobody will force of course but please take a minute to think.
How long can you stay in your families, even if it's everything nice? How long you gonna be a nanny, not MOM, and taking care of somebody else kids instead of your own? How long you can't take another job?
We are all in the same shoes. We need your voice!!! Please let's move it together and for our future.

     Well said.. I have been waiting for 18 months now since I passed my application for PR, I am quite near to the end BUT I am fighting for CHANGE, to address this LOng wait and processing time for Live-in Caregiver. We already served 2 years to complete the eligibility for PR,  but application processing is much LONGER than completion of requirement, WHAT KIND of SYSTEM that they had!!!!!

Guys, please sign for all member of your family, I signed for my son and me!!!!! Because we are waiting together!!!!! 2 years waiting ONLY for AIP (1 stage of approval) and STILL NOT NOTHING!!!!!!!!
I came to Canada on Feb 2008, and this years will be 5 !!!!! years< I completed my promises to Canadian family and Government, And CIC just DELAY !!!!! our papers!!!!!
WHY??? We are people too, how long we have to wait to see ours kids? 
I didn.t seen my family 18 month !!!! Just waiting everyday for some news from CIC

Hi...Just Signed the Petition 4 times using my children' s account and mine..let's hope for the best already shared to relatives  and friends for them to sign in.

The live-in caregivers deserved  what was promised to them, stop the increasing processing of  OWP  and PR's...CIC should sit down on each applications and make decisions/verdict   approved or not and do not let these people and their dependents in LIMBO, as dependant of an LIC who applied  dec.2010 has kept my patience 17 months as of this date waiting for his first stage apporval and waallllaaa it  adds to 23 months , " it seems the  nearer it comes  the farther it gets"  they never have the idea how it feels to be alone as a mother when  there are instances that my 3 children got sick altogether and got nothing on my side, my children's father and all other pains of long separation...this is tooooooooooo muchhhhhhh. where is your heart MInister Kenney?!!

How come this petition cannot even reach a thousan by now?where are all the caregivers here who wants changes?are we afraid to do this or we are just waiting for our fellow lic to do this?i hope we all help one another to solve this big crisis

Its better to voice out your frustration in minister kenney's twitter account @ kenneyjason rather than here coz it will never reach him,lots of filipino caregiver's twit him everyday,also follow attorney  @ rafael_fabregas he is also a big help

Здесь ничего нет про LIC.Но одна мысль выражена достаточно четко-ни министр,ни депутаты не могут вмешаться в иммиграционный процесс. Смотрите,что творится по линии "Skilled Worker" и "Инвест-иммиграция",а ведь это более ценные кадры,чем LIC.Так что,я очень сомневаюсь,что подписание петиции что-то радикально изменит.Простите меня,я понимаю ваш эмоциональный всплеск,и сама нахожусь в том же положении.
Просто нам суждено пройти через те испытания,что мы проходим.

WE ARE NOT simply destined to go through the tests that we pass because we strongly believe that IGNORANCE is not synonymous to INNOCENCE" The government is ignoring and they are not innocent.

You are right: I don't believe that petition will change this situation.Let me explain.Are you really thinking CIC does not improve ours problems bz they don't want? No, they CAN'T. The blockage is too much. Every year 250 000 newcomers go in Canada, the most then before. But persons waiting for are over more. Getting OWP before IA is good way for LICs. It's so sad that somebodies are unlucky and don't get OWP even for 10 mnths. But the most got it up 3,5 mnths and can get any jobs they wish. I believe, all will be OK. Just keep patience, don't despair, we reunite with ours families!

насколько я поняла из интервью, то ни министр, ни депутаты не могут повлиять на исход, или ускорение опреленного дела , но имменно изменять и улучшать иммиграционный процесс - это задача министра и министерства иммиграции канады. в данный момент министрерство сокращает кол-во сотрудников, которые и рассматривают наши дела, и во многом из-за этого постоянно увеличиваются сроки! я не знаю, насколько поможет эта петиция, но если мы просто будем сидеть сложа руки и ждать, то уже точно сроки будут расти!!! поэтому любые наши действия лушче, чем бездействие!

насколько я поняла из интервью, то ни министр, ни депутаты не могут повлиять на исход, или ускорение опреленного дела , но имменно изменять и улучшать иммиграционный процесс - это задача министра и министерства иммиграции канады. в данный момент министрерство сокращает кол-во сотрудников, которые и рассматривают наши дела, и во многом из-за этого постоянно увеличиваются сроки! я не знаю, насколько поможет эта петиция, но если мы просто будем сидеть сложа руки и ждать, то уже точно сроки будут расти!!! поэтому любые наши действия лушче, чем бездействие!

Мне самой не нравится это положение. Я согласна,что министр иммиграции обязан улучшать иммиграционный процесс.И выдача OWP до первичного решения - это один из путей.Все же это лучше,чем было до этого.Представьте,что сроки увеличились,соответственно увеличилась 1 стадия,а ты прикреплен к прежнему работодателю.Это,действительно, настоящее рабство.А так,по крайней мере,ты волен найти любую работу,на которую можешь претендовать. Не думаю,что министр и сотрудники министерства счастливы в связи с сокращением штата,вряд ли это их инициатива  - работа-то осталась в достаточно большом объеме.Может,это связано с возвратом дел по Программе "Квалифицированный специалист" и необходимостью вернуть деньги ("фи" за процесс), а это порядка нескольких миллионов долларов. У них катастрофическое положение по всем направлениям. А остановка приема документов по "Спонсорству" на 2 года.Короче,куда ни кинь - всюду клин. Как выйти из этого кризиса, уму непостижимо! Но акции протеста из принципа "лучше что-нибудь делать,чем бездействовать", считаю бессмысленными.
