It's true, but the problem is she doesn't have any valid work permits for the longest time. She need to apply for restoration first but she's beyond 90 days as allowed. So she's in trouble. I do hope that Atty. Fabregas can help her or anyone from West Coast Domestic can extend help on her. She said, that she phoned/asked CIC agents before that it's safe to send her OWP/PR application. LESSON to be learn from her case: Don't depend on the answers of CIC agents. I had problems too with these CIC agents. My cousin got a refusal letter lately for applying OWP only. Because his wife includes her PR in her application.
So sad for her! Hope everything goes well for her! Let s pray for her! God,I can not IMAGINE! |

You have more than enough  Anyway, was your time reflected on your payslips/paystubs? Hi SHelleonn ,sorry for bugging you. I feel I am kind of paranoid,I am so scared of staying in this family ,I hope I will leave soon!my full time is 44hrs from Monday to Friday,which is 8.8 hours a day,I am also paid every 2 weeks.I have counted how many workdays in a month and multiply 8.8 then plus all my months together,which is 4668.4hours without overtime,do you think it s reasonable?thank you Sooooooooo much!

Yeah,I mailed my t4, roe contract,and statement of hours (from my old employer,but he refused to offer me pay slip),I also get following documents from my current employer, statement of hours,pay slip ,contract,statment of account for current source deductions.I hope I will be fine! I hope all these caregivers get what they want SOON! |

Yup. :)Hello for everybody.I am new here and I would like to ask for help.Now I am prepairing my documents for PR , but I am not sure about my working hours and I try to calculate them.My friend told me that I must not minus hollydays like X-mas, Canada day and so on...that I should minus only Saturdays and Sundays...It is true?

Hi po!
I am a live in caregiver too and recently applying for PR. The new revised PR form under live in caregiver is quite complicated:( I would like to know what you write on this detail- no. 4 from Generic Application form for Canada >" Immigration Office requested for processing the application? I am confused about this detail if i shld write Buffalo or Manila, Phils?? ,,i am so stressed about this. Please help me and i would really appreciate if you will share your idea regarding this matter. THANK YOU VERY MUCH mga kababayan!!!

Any news 2010 Applicants? PR? Or LIS @ kits? Or medical request? What it going on?  On site application processing time takes 17 !!!! or 18!!!month - Yes. For 1 stage of approval. But I am Aug 18 2010 applicant- so I have 18,5 month already (not 17 and 18 month) This date on the site is not TRUE!!!! If it is TRUE - CIC GIve me my AIP, becauce my waiting time is OVER 17-18 month!!!!! Or are you going increase processing time AGAIN!!!!?  Don't stuck on JUNE 26 2010!!!!Let work faster please |

I know I already posted this topic but please understand and assure me I am good to send the application on this Saturday I Have ROE and T4 from my first employer ROE says : First day work : December 7th,2009 last day of work : February 5th, 2010 Final pay period February 13th,2010 I have got my new work permit April 15th, 2010 but my employer said the official day is April 26th,2010 until noW this Friday will be March 9, 2012 I went to visit home for 10 days. hi,nothing happened to me neither,the more I wait ,the more I worry something wrong about my documents,hours...,how come you need to quit? Is that hard to stay with them?I am the same,but I still try my best |
