Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

Hi friends, just checked our mail box, and guess what I recieved???

My and my wife OWP!  

After 2 days we received the scheduled interview for the finalization of our PR application from Etobicoke!

Our WP Dated 05 December, 2011.  Same date to the first letter that we received from Vegreville!  I'm wondered why this arrived 2 days later from the first letter.  

It is like a formality for our OWP application, what do you think forumer?

Me and my wife have the same REMARKS and Validity, (not same with our passport).

Just wanna ask one thing for you.
Were you able to get any information regarding your spouse' OWP through the CIC hot line ( WP 1 2 7 )?
Im not able to get any new information about my kids's study permits ( SP 1 2 6 - there is only an old massage i can hear).
What i have got the reply from my MP is that;

According to a telephone call to MP office Dec 5, 2011, CIC has pre-approved my kids for study permits.
The office was informed by CIC that my kids' SP will be issued and posted to me after the approval in principle.

My application has not been updated through the ecas nor CIC automated voice massage service.
Even the CIC call centre agent that i spoke to seems no knowledge in terms of initial stage approval on my application eventhough they are woking on applications received up to 25 June, 2010 as of today.

It makes me anxious bcoz I found two kinds of different copies of me and my kids' application for OWP and SP last Sunday night. One of them, none of IMM status for my kids requested whereas the other one both my kids SP requested with my signature on it.
Im confused which one i sent hopefully i posted the latter.

Now that the processing times for 1st stage approval is june 25,2010 is there someone here who got decision made particularly june 2010 applicants?i think molo5000 is the last one to get decision made,i hope im wrong,they should grant you aip now not just owp

I havent heard from June, 2010 applicants that got the AIP either.
Seems noone cares for AIP but OWP.
Hope CIC wont hold it for another year.

Uh oh something is not right here i hope they wont freeze aip,does anyone here got approve on the weekdays?seems all who got owp got approve weekends

Paging lcps with dependants who got lc2 kit,is the copy of passport(photo copy) required as one of requirements when submitting lc2 application kit back to CEM?just asking coz my dependants doesn't have passport yet and i ask them to get one now coz passport in phil takes a long time now thanks guys i just dont want any delay when submitting those papers

I dont know about LC2 kit very well but i had to submit the copies of my kids passport and as well as its history for PR.

My Ecas has not changed.
Still no LC2 Kit
Hopefully it'll change this week.

Did you try applying for a multiple entry visa? It is possible to apply for a multiple entry that can be co-terminus with your WP or passport whichever is shorter.

yes. 6 months For the single reentry visa. I did once last year.

gather all the requirments now..

Have you spoken to a CIC call centre agent?
I did it today and the agent whom i talked to told me that the prcessing time for the AIP takes 17-18 months so no matter when i submitted my application and what date they are working on right now but advised to call them again to be the exact date of 18 months.
So frustrating!!!

@ poknat thanks a lot buddy, i already ask my wife to get passport for her and our son hopefully it wont take long and its ready when they recieve lc2 kit,how long is the time limit to response and send back that kit once they recieve it?

it takes 3 months for them to send you AOR letter file number.. if completed
one thing more. make sure to get also NSO marriage certificate and SENOMAR and NSO birthcertificate of your child. NBI clearance of your family
old pictures of your wife and you that u been living together.pictures of your weddings. remittance receipt,letter with stamp,phone cards if applicable..
