Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

hello guys. i went to the information session with the CIC agent from montreal. hes name is Mr. Vu Cao. anyways he told us honestly the processing is really longer and slow.

he just pointed out 3 thing before we start asking questions.

1. if your single dont marry a refugee. it might jeopardized you PR application.
2. you can still submit your PR application even you exceed 4 yrs stay in Canada as long as you finished your 24 months or 3900 hr within 4 years.
3. seek MP help if you need assistance in your application, its a law that immigration officer should reply in 10 days.

he also mention that many applicants from Philippines are married but already separated from their husband/wife. since we dont have a divorce in Philippines. when you stay here after 12 months you can file a divorce so when you submit PR you no longer included your husband/wife as a family member.

hope this might enlighten some issues.

Thanks ebonyivory i just got relieve when i hear the voice message i was so desperate to learn anything about my application coz it still say in process so i call cic hotline press 1 2 7 then enter my client id number then my date of birth and it said my application for a work permit has been approve and the documents was issued dec 2nd 2011 im really really happy

  I told you before when you ask me about May 2010 applicants but yet you keep on worrying about your application   but anyway i am happy for you.. i told you already that CIC will make finalization of all May 2010 applicants this December.next year they are trying to reduced the processing time into single digit. hope everything will push through..as they will limit the enrty and issuing of working permit to all new LIC applicants that wish to work here in Canada to give way and reduced the processing time of 1st stage approval (OWP) and PR to all LIC applicants of  2009 and up.

It said  we are currently assessing your application and we anticipate to give you a response by.....date.
What does it mean? as you know i wont get LC2 kit.

i was so busy lately, thats a good news since your children are here in canada it means soon cic will  going to send you medical request for your dependants and that your 1st stage approval or owp will be sent to you in a specified date as what the automated voice system said.

I guess CIC is refering to the final time frame to give you and your children final approval or PR Decision.but as what iknow its a positive sign with regards to your application just wait in a few weeks if you will received any medical request from cic.

  @   EbonyIvory.. Yes, that is for the PR application (121). At 127 (worker), they just give the date when they recieved my application, nothing more!

   My dependants application in manila still the same NO UPDATE yet..i am hoping and praying before the end of this year or early next year Canadian Embassy in Manila will send them Medical and passport request.

 @  depressgirl did your ecas change before you recieve your owp or you recieve your owp eventhough your ecas didnt change?does ecas change also during weekends?i sure hope so

last thursday night i checked it before i go to sleep,but still the same..
then i got home from party last night my auntie called me she said that she got my owp already, then i checked the ecas "decision has been made".... probably they change it that morning..

Guys my ecas hasnt change yet but i call cic hotline the voice recorder said my workpermit has been approve and the document was sent on december 2,2011 i was so relieve
