Thanks mrs just tiis i guess i just feeled pressure coz i dont want to be left out im just nervous they are gonna tell me that i dont qualify after 18 and a half mos of waiting im really looking forward to my owp so i can look for a different job,

 @  shellon, i taught once u complete ur 24mths ur application cannot be refused

  @   stress_27  it depends if you manage to complete 24 mos or 3900 hours in 22 mos and the visa officer sees that you completed it but until then you are not safe i heared there is an april applicant here who pass his application then the cic send him a letter that request some documents on him like time sheet and contract stuff like that and they just request that after 18 or 19 mos?i think its marshmallow i wonder how his application is now

How is me? I have mailed last Weekend based on 3900hours.all papers offered but the statement of earning and recored of deduction your employer made.my old employer refused giving them to me.so I send my t4 and a very detailed letter with my application,who knows what gonna happen? I hate this abusive program!

Yeah that is what im doing pray all day and night but it seems my time has not come yet,how bout you when do you pass your application?

Same as me i choose option 2 3900 i work for only 1 employer i include all my time sheets with her signature and payroll calculations of all the deduction she take from my montly salary,also t4 and overtime time sheets i include 2008 and 2009 t4 and the employee declaration form that she sign and i complete whats in the checklist

Lucky you!I work more than 12 hours a day for both old and. Current one ,none of them admits that ixam overtime! So I do not have a time sheet for overtime!

Lucky you!I work more than 12 hours a day for both old and. Current one ,none of them admits that ixam overtime! So I do not have a time sheet for overtime!
I also work 12-16 hours a day but not every day sometimes on especial occasions and weekends i just list it im my time sheet for that week coz my employer pay me biweekly so i total it all and any time greater than 44 hours per week is overtime to me i work 9am to 5pm that is my full time hours

Yeah im just lucky she is really generous to me,i still work for her,you can also apply for 24 mos if you dont have the required hours 3900 in 22 mos,for me i just feel filing option 2 coz i really work long hours and she really pay me for it which they can see on the t4

 @  stress_27 thats great they process it less than a month me i have to wait 2 mos for it to appear in my ecas good luck to you i hope you wont experience the dilema that we are facing waiting for almost 19 mos it is really stressful

Stress 27- every one here knows what you ate felling but you has sent you application this year, most of us had sent last year, some are even waiting longer than 19 months.

Please be patient, I believe that your process will take 13/14 months if you are single.
