hi i am new here, i want ask a question to Katrin and sydneywhite,or anyone alse can help me: I Already have my OPEN WORK PERMIT & about to apply for TRV (Re-entry VISA) but I don't have job yet (currently unemployed as my employer released me already) and I have IN CANADA application for PRV ,just like sydneywhite.could you tell me how to apply re-entry visa with my open work permit, and sydneywhite,did you success to apply re-entry visa, what did you do, please tell me the detial,thank you evey much!

hi guys! i was wonderin do you think i will be able to get a re entry visa,i dont have an employer but i really wanna go home..i havent seen my daughter for a long time now...pls help..
@ TRISHA & YULING 7303 Maybe it is better to attach a LETTER from AN EMPLOYER to support your TRV Application. That's what I did. I sent my TRV Application to Buffalo Nov.17 thru Express Canada Post . Nov.18 delivered & received at FORT ERIE. I am praying, wishing & hoping it will be granted & be here the soonest  Will keep you posted...God bless us all! |

I HAVE MY OWP BUT I AM UNEMPLOYED..I REALLY WANT TO GO HOME I DONT KNOW IF THEY WILL GIVE ME A REENTRY VISA..ANYONE HAS AN IDEA WHAT I CAN DO TO GET REENTRY VISA?

Yes, got my OPEN WORK PERMIT & already renewed my S.I.N. & OHIP then sent my TRV Application in Buffalo thru FORT ERIE. I attached a LETTER FROM MY NEW EMPLOYER. But when I answered the Question about my PRESENT OCCUPATION I still wrote UNEMPLOYED coz my new employment will start Dec.12. |
