hi everyone

i have a question which is really not related with your topic,,im really sorry for that, Sad

im getting really confused about the  NBI clearance and police clearance,,is it the same one??

im gladly appreciate all your help,,

thanks.. Cry

@   akina green.. Hi, you are from Philippines, right? Correct me if I'm wrong! That is why you need an NBI Clearance in applying an OWP and PR as will.
About the Police Clearance, CIC need this too when you apply an OWP/PR,  they need the Police Clearance from the country if you stay for 6 months or longer, (sometimes less. Ex.. 3 months or 2 months you stayed on that country. Depend to the officer who will open your application! But usually 6 months and more.) ..and a Police Clearance here in Canada.

Girls and Boys

I had received an email from Fabregas and I believe that he really wants to change the program for better.

He also have done a petition to change the program, PR upon arrival here in Canada.

Please send this to all your friends and family. I believe that his petition is very important as the petition that I did.

Says the petition is now closed. Wonder if Atty Fabregas can start a new one removing the parts that have already been addressed (e.g. Tejada Law, and the 3 year program length). The recommendations not addressed can be reiterated on the new petition letter. And then the signature campaign again.

You dont need to submit the police clearance from Canada. CIC will do it.

@   ennaesor.. As with me and my wife, we applied a Police Clearance here in Toronto addressing to CIC Vegreville Alberta. And the Police Dept. here will the one to forward the original Police Clearance to CIC. Same process we did to the country where we work before. We applied to their embassy here in Toronto, and they will the one to forward the Original Police Clearance to CIC.
We applied a Police Clearance Here in Toronto because this is the adviced from an Immigration consultant/paralegal who help us before in processing our papers when we come here in Canada! We don't argue if this Clearance is required or not, but this is for sure we have a complete paper and proof that we applied (like Police Clearance) when submitting our OWP/PR application to CIC.
