Does everyone in this forum tweet cic and jason kenney?come on guys let them hear our cries and frustration there are lots of us here let us bombard them with tweets even if they dont reply let them just know how hard our life is now also follow and tweet mr @ rafael_fabregas he is helping us in this battle

hi sofie welcome to the forum. Did you try to call CIC? Use the automated answering option. Then enter your client i.d. Or Try to enter your first and last name and correct client i.d. # in the website they might misspelled your name on their data.

@ wsongco: thank you so much for the prompt reply. i did call cic 2 weeks ago and they said it is still not on process but the processing fees had been withdrawn last january so i don't really have any clue what is going on. any advise you can give me? please HELP!

@ sofie thats ridiculous if they said its not yet processed. Do you have any evidence that they recv your application such as tracking number from canada post? Or the online payment you submited. Its better to contact your MP in your area to help you follow up. And try to call again CIC or email them with your attatched proof.

They already know our story its been publish in newspapers already toronto star,metro,national post they are not reacting to any of it,we cannot get any reaction from them, lets just tweet them at tweeter instead of just in this forum because i dont think cic and mr jason kenney ever read this forum they have tweeter account @ kenneyjason and @ citimmcanada tell them your frustrations |

Madpotato- You will be baked when you get your OWP. We have been trying to make all news, politician, everybody possible to hear our side of this history...I'm here in this forum since august and now the media started to publish something about us. To be true, nothing is changing...do you know why? because more than half caregivers that it's in this forum, likes to complain about the work, about missing the family, low wages, abusive employers..but when you said Let's do something!! Let's go to streets and show for the population the real story..nobody manifest...ok few of us are up to go. This forum is seen more than 2000 times a day...at least 500 caregivers are checking here...if you go backward and count how many it's really doing something...maybe 20..most!!! Sorry but sometime I think we are in this situation because we allowed them to do it with us. How many here had abusive employers> How many send their employers name to CIC? I did..it's ok that the cic do not publish but I did my part... The 2 girls that were spanked by their employers..they were afraid to denunciate their employer...WHY? They were victims... Sorry girls but God is good but he can't do everything by himself...Wait for a miracle... |

Shelleon- I have been tweeting Jason Kenney every day, 5X per day for few months...HE NEVER ANSWER!! he doesn't give a S%ˆ&$ for us...Media is controlled by the conservative party...they wont publish anything on the first page, or second...even if you pay them. They will publish something big only if WE make something big about...how about a pacific protest..Who here is coming? Protest with 15 people doesn't work...sorry.. |

Ahhh the time line went to 18-19 months...Next week will be 20 months because i have been in touch with some caregivers in their 22 months of waiting....
Other thing...How many people here had emailed or called Jason Kenney office? Someone had posted his contact here...I did and who more emailed him?
If you are upset about the waiting time, frustrated for being away from your family from long time, if your marriage is over because of it, no health care or any rights...Please email Jason Kenney!
I emailed him and you should do it too! More people better...Maybe he will at least talk with us...Call and leave a message...mail a letter...Do something about it!

@ wsongco: first, i want to thank you for entertaining my worries it is highly appreciated...
i don't have any proof as to when the cic received my papers but the cic agent said they received it Nov 26, 2010 and my processing fee had been withrawn last January, so far this are the only details they can tell me. i asked when they started to process it and the agent said it's not being processed yet. what do you think???
