Your husband cant sponsor her even though he is PR am i right? then you have two options. First option is to bring her here in Canada under your WP. The other your choice is to wait until you and your daughter will be granted PR under LCP.
oh really? I can bring her here even Im under WP? so how to do that? shes only 5years old.. I dont have any idea about sponsorship and anything else. Im just new here, this site really gives me a lot of info and knowledge on how can I get my daughter and bring her here.. |

No way you can sponsor her for the moment. You may wanna try to get her a temporary resident (tourist) visa so she could come over for a visit. But there's no guarantee that she's gonna get approved.

@ plussy, I don't think that LIC only allowed to work for 4 years. That's for the TFW (Temporary Foreign Worker), correct me if I'm wrong. Extension of WP always good for 1 year. I hope everybody for April,May and June timeline will received OWP for this Christmas season. Let's make a wish.... all LICs have 4 yr limit to complete the PR requirements from the date of arrival... all close work permit holders(TFW) will have up to earliest april 2015 as to 4-yr-cumulative duration.. |
