Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

Who knows when is the best time to call the CIC call centre? I tried the whole day but couldn't reach them, the line is busy all the time.

I was checking online on the reasons why applications are being sent to local CIC offices and i found this...

Most of the applications being referred to though are from Family Class Sponsorship.

I always get to  a call centre agent by calling at 6-6.30 a.m. ( local time- I'm in Alberta). As we have 2 hours difference with Ontario - it's around 8-8.30 a.m. there and the call centre just starts receiving calls.

Since there has been a new change to the LCP PR applicants, the whole processing time has begin slow. Since the new applicants from April won't be under going second medical, I thought the processing would be faster but unfortunately it has become slower . Processing time today 16 Aug 10 has move from 7-8 mths to 8-9 mths !!!! It took me 3mths plus to be able to log in into ecas  .Anyways let come together and share our timelines.

Hmm, processing time gets shorter ha. Maybe some can even have their papers approve in a year since they submitted their application. They are(cic) capable to expedite our papers only IF they want to. Just my two cents

Hi guys yes I already a confirmation for my interview for landed immigrant I receive it today also. I'm in province oh Manitoba I'm married here in Canada. So it's not really update what's on Canadian immigration site as you can read at my post I sent my application july28,2010 so just take14 1/2 months fir my open... Good luck to all of you guys... hi poknat!yup wer desame i search online and what i found out is they transferred files to local office because they need further assessment,or they needed interview which more likely because where applying for family class.It's just so frustrating because we can't do anything about it! just to wait!I called the cic call center and they can't say anything it seems that they don't know anything about the file.So i will be waiting and hoping that it will come soon!If after 2 weeks i don't recvd anything i may call them again ask which office they send my application,coz they said that its depend on which local office they send it.WEll goodluck to you and just keep me posted!
