But this wasn't in the interview unless I missed it, also this interview was taken in Calgary. She is in Vancouver  So how could she have asked him today ? You should email her and ask her again. Bull*censored word* that he only head recently, we have been tweeting him for months and months. Typical politician, say anything....just like back home in the Philippines. |

@ LCP probably they sent a camera men only from cbc calgary...the she asked the questions and he answered, but i believe that after this interview they had edited...

just an update
got my letter today for my owp and landing interview. it will be on wednesday october 19, 2011. i got the same letter that i need to ensure that my sponsor attends the interview with me but i called the cic and she said that i don't need to bring sponsor for LIC. just letting you guys know just incase you received the same letter as mine.

@ jepoy that's were i came from.. phils. but i'm in bc. my interview will be in bc.
no need to bring sponsor the agent told me. i guess it's a default format letter stating bring your sponsor that they forgot/didn't bother editing

that interview with min kenney was a joke. you can't see any concerns at all. makes me wonder what will make him realize how incompetent he is in solving lcp's issues

hi sarah where did you see the interview? When and where?
Maybe sarah when you have your interview on the 19th ask the interviewr how come it takes 17 - 18 months the processing. And if Mr Kenny perosnally addressing the issue. Hopefuly you get more answers to our query.
And also if Mr Kenny didnt change the program since April 2010, FROM 36 months to 48 months to be qualified for PR. for sure im still working as lic work permit w/o PR bec for sure i will repeat the program due to i wasted 14 months on the program so i benefit from this changes.

Still april 3,2010 this week no update any more because we know their just fooling us even that interview with mr kenney doesn't make sense at all maybe he means throw the book at lcp rather than the bad employers

@ wsongco its on wed oct 19th.if i get a chance i'll ask that question.
me too.can't hate the changes made last yr. worked with one employer without actual permit (permit on process).had been paid with cheques with deduction of taxes and board. turned out by the end of my 3yrs on d program i'm short by 3wks. because of wasted 5mos work. that changes made me get my pr after all. but i believe it can be change for something better for both lics and employers.
