For me it's better here.at least everybody can see the previous conversations and history.besides I'm an April applicants.

Does CIC always send a Client history update form to every Lcp PR applicants? And when do u usually receive that? Coz its been 9mos since they received my application and i havent received any of that form yet... Just wondering... Thanks

from where are you emilycc? im from edmonton,and i notice that they gave interview date one month after we receive OWP, unlike those from bc they had their interview 3 days/one week after they received their owp.

Do you think they send this client history because something is missing? I'm pretty sure that I filled up everything and I sent all documents asked and even this way, they sent 2X those letters...and the worse I can't see my application on ecas...

We received your application for permanent residence on July 5, 2010.
 

 We started processing your application on September 14, 2010.
 

 Medical results have been received.
 

 A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
 

 We sent you a letter on October 5, 2011


I am single with no dependents  and my friend got hers yesterday as well she is single too she applied on June 14 th

I received an update form too last august, and i mailed it aug19th. The officer wanted an updated work and home addresses as well as organizations that i belonged to since i sent my PR application. I think it depends on the officer handling our files. A friend of my friend got an update form too. According to that friend, she received her PR in advance meaning her processing time is shorter than the one posted on CIC website. But i dont think it applies to all who got the form. In my case, i just have to comply what they asked me to submit and pray that i wont encounter hassles:-]

Hello Everyone... 

   Congrats to all Single Applicants who got their OWP and scheduled PR...Hopefully once the CIC is done with them, those married and with dependents will have their turn too, to have it all at once or an interval of a month before the PR interview would be great  and acceptable to all and I guess they should focus on how to synchronize the flow of processing the LC1 to that of LC2 because I noticed from this forum, once the LC2 kit has been submitted to CEM, the momentum of the whole process stops or shall I say It's stucked at the CEM or at the local Embassy  of each country of application or maybe it's a case to case basis if the visa officer encountered a problem they would just leave the application and get another one like a "raffle draw" heheh...just a wild imagination, this waiting game really sucks and if you're not religious enough to take it all to God then I guess everyone could have been into depression and anxiety, anyways let us all hope for the best, Things in this world are temporary.
If events are turning WELL, Enjoy!
If they go WR0NG, don't worry, it won't last long.

Reasons:
Larger FAITH means lesser FEAR;
Greater TRUST means smaller D0UBTS;
Stronger BELIEF means weaker WORRIES.
Keep the FAITH burning!!!
