Yah it's fine.but the only problem is you cannot apply an Ei if you quit your job.and you have no income at all.
Oh ok...thank you..but is it true that if you apply for IE it might affect you someday if you have plans in getting/sponsor someone?

Is changing home address will prolOng the processing time? I'm waiting for my OWP, my boss will no longer needs my service this upcoming December! I passed my papers on Sept. 26, 2010 and CIC received it on Sept 27 and begun processing it on Nov. 17! I'm planning to inform the immigration before I will move to other city. My main concern is, will that add delay on my papers?

my friend called me that she got her owp last monday and yesterday she again received a letter saying that she will wait for the call from cic for the interview, and she need to pay for $490 for her pr approval. she sent her application midweek of june 2010,single, live in ottawa and from philippines.
lets keep on our faith guys that GOD will touch all the immigration officers to work on our application wether we are single or with dependents....GOD BLESS everyone....

Thats a good idea sweetchad. An MP was able to help me when I was still applying for the Program.
If you know someone who got an owp and you applied ahead of that person, maybe that friend who has the owp whether she is single or married can help you.you can bring that friend and her owp,show it to your MP as an evidence that CIC is not fair. |

nope still "IN PROCESS" THE LAST TIME I PHONED THE AGENT SAID AROUND FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER..IM SICK AND TIRED ASKING THEM ANYMORE, IF IT WILL COME ONE OF THIS DAY I WOULD BE HAPPY BUT IF NOT...I DON'T CARE ANYMORE I GIVE UP PHONING THEM SOUNDS LIKE THEY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING!!!!:(  RIGHTNOW MY PAPERS IS 16 MONTHS AND 2 DAYS... |
