@ searso31= sorry just read your question now. I havent been in this forum for awhile.... just busy. anyways, about your question. yes i did received the same letter and called cic right away to ask about it and the agent told me its just a generic letter they sent to everybody when they give them the OWP, i havent received any interview letter yet. still waiting for it.

All this waiting can really be depressing. I have always been a person with a positive outlook in life but they have put us in a helpless situation. This is not what I have signed up for years ago when I entered the program. We are not asking for a dole out, what we are yearning we have already worked for. Its totally unfair that applications has just froze and I don't believe for a second that this is a normal administrative backlog. Something has happened and they made a decision to freeze applications with dependent. |

Then I'll add it to some pictures of caregivers suffering far away from their kids and I will hang then in Vancouver...
I can email you and then you print and hang in walls, post and community centres...

krizzy, are you from edmonton? one member here from bc and a june 7 applicant already had her interview for pr. AS far as i know you are May applicant. So im confused why you dont have interview date yet. Im from edmonton too and waiting for interview date as well. i hope they will call me very soon. |

Renew everything for now.also your health card. Then once you have your PR go back to service Canada.Coz once your scheduled for interview it take a month before you will get your PR card.better to renew everything now. |
