What's the ROE used for ? I think I can't apply EI any more because it's too late.
Just to check what letter you've got! This maybe the bases why CIC want you to restore your status! If you have "A". No need to restore. You can send a copy to CIC that you don't need to restore your status. But if aside from that letter like "E".. so you need to restore! -molo5000 |

I think CIC got confused in your case.the only reason I can see why they did this is the time you apply for a renewal.that's why the send you a restoration.I think they didn't saw or check that you applied for owp or PR.that's why they ask you a restoration.in fact,they should not send you a restoration coz that your current employer.well,let's just wait what will happen.just keep us posted.

I think for jeans case she should have called the cic first and ask why she needs a restoration inspite that she still working on her employer and she applied for an owp and pR application last June 2010. @ Jean: Hope your employer didn't informed the cic that she will cancel your renewal coz they will release you. @ Molo: I think Jean should write to a letter of explanation about being on implied status and she should say in the letter the she still work for them.and she should define the implied status and try to explain what she understood being on it.The only things she should send together is the proof that she applied for PR and owp last June 2010.I think cic haven't check that you applied for PR and owp.because PR and oWP application is on different office and wp application is on different office.they must checked only the her papers but not her file in cic.JUST a thought. |

If she will send her ROE, her wp application will be canceled.and it doesn't make sense to apply for a restoration.the only reason they ask for a restoration is her renewal of wp. |

ROE is from your employer.a letter is written on it which corresponds to the reason of leaving.A I think is the employer doesn't need your service anymore. |

not on your email you can check your ROE! Now you are start to be confuse! Stay calm and relax! The letter that I mean is a letter on alphabet, A, B, C, ..until Z. Not the letter that you want to read! You can check it on your ROE! Where you can get an ROE? Go to Service Canada nearest you. I'm sure they can help you acquire one! Goodluck! -molo5000 |
