My empolyer can't pay tax for me. I didn't get EI yet.
Is this the reason she released you?or it means you are paying your tax since you work with your employer. |

I sent the mail about the restoration of status 1st sep 2011 and I applied my owp an pr on 2nd june 2010.
This can be complicated if you have an roe last July.the cic might think or ask you why you still proceed with your wp renewal inspite that they released you last July. |

She released me because she doesn't have income now. but she has paid my tax since I work for her. |

But you could not renew on that time because you are under Implied Status. Because you've submit your OWP & PR application already! -molo5000 |

@ BBingco implied status does not end if a caregiver decides to leave the employer. She just can't work for another one without new work permit
Working or not working you are still on implied status unless you go out of the country then you'll lose your status. Please be clear and elaborate when posting your queries. cheers!

I think CIC got confused in your case.the only reason I can see why they did this is the time you apply for a renewal.that's why the send you a restoration.I think they didn't saw or check that you applied for owp or PR.that's why they ask you a restoration.in fact,they should not send you a restoration coz that your current employer.well,let's just wait what will happen.just keep us posted. |

You can apply for Ei.try to go to service Canada.bring your expired wp, print your ecas (proof of implied status)your passport,any document sent by CIC in regards to your owp/ PR application.then apply in service Canada.me, I applied late but I was approve. Ask the service Canada an application form to request your roe to your employer. |
