Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

I called CIC they didnt said anything in particular...only the reason why i submitted my application less than 24 months.  But i want to share you guys what Immigration sent me:
You entered CANADA on 24JUN 2008 and you submitted your application for permanent residence to CPC VEGREVILLE on 27 APR2010, which is less than 24months of employment...
You have the opportunity to make any submission related to this matter.  Should you wish to make submissions, you must to do so in writing to this office within 60days from the date of this letter.  If you do not make a submission, a decision regarding your ability to comply with these requirements will be taken on the basis of the imformation on your file. This may result in your appication being refused and no further consideration given to the request for permanent residence unless a new application, including fees, is submitted.

Hi Palusa!! just re-submitt all your applications and make sure you included the copy of your documents that you submitted before, but don't forget to keep a copy (record ) for yourself, Im sure you don't have to pay again for the processing and make a letter explaining why and when did you submitted the first time. response right away to them and also include all the letters they send you back, if you could print out the results who recieved your application from canada post do it.. you can see the name of the person their who recieved your application.
Like the instances happen to me, they send me 2 letters for updating my work history and address because they said I never did response to them so I did check the canadapost online and check the tracking number who rcvd my responsed and I wrote a letter that I already mailed it and this person rcvd my letter....so everything came out good.. make sure you have everything with you...Goodluck!!

 @ palusa my advice is send all docs and fees. did you talk 2 darla  @ westcoast? anyways, based on the letter you need to redo it again but cic is nice enough to just ask you to just resubmit addl informations rather than waiting 16mos again..

No updates on cic website for this week but someone in livein caregivers canada on facebook name blue moon got her owp she applied may 19 2010 maybe she is single i guess CIC will just surprise us with our owp and never pays attention to the processing times

may19 and had her owp. this is both good news and bad news for everyone here. good: they are doing something bout our papers but bad in the same way too. why do married april applicants still waiting? i think its unfair! owp is based on legibility of the completion 24mos,its mostly about the principal applicant. the lic! then you wait for another 16mos,thats for ur spouse and dependants legibility. i starting to wonder what's goin on?

Me either.I'm having the same question?maybe they have a new policy now.but they have to keep us posted on what's going on.I'm always tweeting mr. Fabregas about this things.maybe u can do the same thing too.

Maybe all the caregivers who got owp from april 3 2010 to may 19 2010 should show some evidence to mr fabregas so he can see some proof that they are just processing single applicants right now maybe he can have some answers from CIC about it

Even if the all caregivers who just recieved their owps show it to Mr Fabregas, truth is, he will never be able to do anything. he will only call them to confirm and they are gonna tell him yes cos we follow RUBBISH ORDERS . The people processing our papers are not the problem but those that give them orders. I repeat ! untill we all come togther and protest this ill treatment of LCP ,nobody will help us if all we do is come here and complain everytime.

The moment some people sees that some are receiving OWP , diff people started coming out, adding their timelines but few weeks ago,when we all are suppose to have come together and discuss how we intend to protest or strike,only 5-10 people were really into it both on Facebook and in this forum.  I wish everyone of us good luck but we just cant to sit by our computer and type but no Actions.

yeah..she received it yesterday based on her email. Im happy for all those who receive their OWP....Patience is a virtue! Indeed!
