Girls!! Wondering who received OWP or not, if married or not its not going to make your OWP or your PR come faster... Please let's attend this meeting in Mississauga on September 24 and discuss it. Someone will attend the speech from Jason Kenney in Edmonton? They had started to process LCP because we are pushing then, let's push HARDER!!!! You could send them the updated tax information for the two months that you are missing so that know know that you finished the 24 months. and send them updated letter from your employer to show how long you working with them,that you are still working and that you did the 24 months. I think they would only refuse the application if you don't send in what they requested. Respond to their request as soon as possible.
Yes, i will submit also my 2 months TAX, Hopefully this week i will submit it all document that i worked 24 months. Coz if i submit all my application again i need to pay fees again that what they said to letter. Thanks to you. |

Hi guys,
I received the interview letter. It says:
"You have been scheduled to appear for an interview and to receive your Confirmation of Permanent Residence Document on September 19th....." and there is also the payment instructions.
So I guess it means that my PR is approved and it is all over. I just got OWP in July and braced for a long long wait for PR and here it is.
Does anybody know how the interview goes? Is it something to be worried about or is it just a formality?
Thank you for all your input, support and information. This forum's been a huge support for me. And I'm guessing for all of you too. Don't lose hope. You might just get surprised to get something when you least expect it.
