Fiesta_Class,

WOW!! Nunavut!!! maybe thats the reason why ur LC2 application got that fast approval among all of us here because Nunavut is in dire need of immigrants because it has the lowest number of population among canada provinces due to its extreme cold weather, goodluck to you and your family.with regards to your concern better go to the Canadian Embassy in Manila ASAP  they may  issue you a new visa .again CONGRATZ!!

@ boyzone2 i dont care even iqaluit, nunavut have extereme cold weather the important is after long wait of sacrifice my family will be complete again. thank you for ur advised im going to visit cem on monday.

@ shelleon is there any risk of settling down in nunavut? my wife said the place is not that bad if she and some filipino residents can cope up with the cold weather i dont see any problem with me and our daughter too, people there are friendly, peaceful city no crime, filipino community in iqaluit are eager to welcome us there. and likewise the polar bears also lol  Grin i feel sorry about the delayed of ur lc2 application just be patience.      16 months is too much!
I think it's already time for us to speak up!
I understand and agree that there are many people
applying for PR under the live in caregiver program,
however we can not allow these new procedures do so
  much damage in our lives.

I have spoken with caregivers in my community, and
they seem to accept everything with no anger.
I am sorry people, is it just me or this processing time
  has gone too far?  Angry

PS: I am such a fan of the Minister Kenney, but something
       MUST change.

15-16 months!!!!! Shocked Sad Angry

if it's not for melody chen's DM on ecas i would think CIC forgot all about the april2010 applicants.....

maybe they just put it like that so they will not be flooded by phone calls..... and when all of the april2010 applicants get their OWP, they would liked to be thanked because it only took 15.5 months and not the whole 16months...

all we have to do is hold on and wait.....  Cry

let's hope DM's will rain upon us next week!!!!!!

perhaps we should go on strike infront of cic offices in canada. its the only way that they will hear our frustrations!
