Hi , everyone
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
I have a question that I got my open work permit on 19th Dec, 2011 and the e-case showed decision made, but my husband was not receive any letter about PR. Is there anyone know what is that mean? how long should I wait for my pr? I have to wait until cic has approved my husband's case?

I have received mine nov. 25 and my dependent still hasn't received any. All the other information is in the cOnfirmation that was sent to you. You will be granted pr the same time. Once he passed all the requirements like medical, criminal background check etc... That's when you will be granted pr. |

Madpotato With your OWP coming, pretty soon you'll be be able to choose your employer and the type of job you'd be happy to work on. Hopefully one this family I working for is bad,merry Xams!

hi everyone, i have a question , i m going to break my contract with my employer as i have got owp.but what about msp? my employer used to pay my msp. now i have to pay my msp my own .right?

Hi, girls! I hope you had Merry Christmas holidays. I didn't.  Thank you very much, especially Molo for a detailed answer to my problem. I wrote about it on page 414. But since then my problem has grown even bigger. Molo advised me to call this 127 number to chech the application status of the lady who is going to replace me. After we called, we were all shocked - me, that lady and the employers. The CIC never received her application for the new work permit. The guy (at the agency) who was hired and paid to do the application never did it. Took the money and never sent any application. Just kept lying that he did and the WP should be coming soon. My employers are going to report him, but what should we do now with that lady's application? IS THERE A WAY WE CAN DO IT FAST? i CANNOT SIT HERE AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 4 MONTHS. PLEEEEEES, HEEEEELP!!! |
