GOD IS GOOD TODAY I RECEIVED MY NEW OPEN WORK PERMIT AND THIS TIME ITS VALID BASED ON THE EXPIRY DATE OF MY PASSPORT I GOT 3 MORE YEARS OF EXTENSION IN MY OWP I DO HOPE AND PRAY THAT IT WOULD NOT REACHED 3MORE YEARS THAT I CAN HUG AND KISS MY FAMILY PERMANENTLY.BY THE WAY IT TOOK 52 DAYS FOR CIC TO PROCESS MY OWP. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

is it from the day your ecas changed???congratzzz!!and stay here in the forum..we need you here!!!!

My ecas for permanent resident is the same Decision made since april 2011,CIC Vegrivelle is just waiting for the Canadian Embassy in Manila to send them the medical results of my dependants but unfortunately Canadian Embassy in Manila didnt yet send any medical or passport request to my dependants and i am hoping and praying before the end of this year or early next year of 2012 i will have new updates and results with our application. Don't worry i will stay in this forum and than you  Wink Wink

That is good boyzone2 can i just ask if you pay again to renew your owp or cic just issue you a new one coz you got a new passport?my old passport will expired dec 12,2012 is it advisable to renew it?

No problem i hope it comes this week i will let you know i hope you all will got your owp soon,to all the lics who had their owp i got a question,if you want to apply for a new job( not caregiver of course) did you bring your owp to your interviews?and what else? i can only think of social insurance number,pls
Let me know i want to use my owp as soon as i got it,cant wait to do a different work
