hi just want to ask, can a live in caregiver apply for a permanent residency? if yes, How??Thanks..

There is a special program for the live in caregivers.  They have to work as a live in caregiver for 2 years and then they can apply for an open work permit and PR for themselves and family.  You just have to be careful when you go as a live in caregiver that you don't forget to list husband or common law partner or you might not be able to sponsor them later.

Furthermore while working as a Live in Care Giver,You cannot do anything else except that and will wait for about 3 years to get your PR status and about 2 years more to sponsor Family.

Yes, they include their family in the application.

It just takes about that long from the Philippines,I  get 2-3 caregivers a week asking for help
