Live In Caregiver Program

I am a live In Caregiver  Program status right now, Finally I got my  Oepn Work Permit, My Family recieved a Letter fromteh Gov't. .. Does that letter says needs to go to Medical or just wait until 15 months.?
Honestly , I dotn understands the system. what going on.. And  there is NO referral for Medical..What should I do now.

Please I need a little bit Advice in here..:) :)

there should be contact info on the letter sent to you,mabey the best thing is to contact them and ask for more details about what they expect-that may give some clarity to your situation-good luck
