Hi, everyone! I am LIC, and my work permit will expire on January 2012. I just got married and I am 2 months pregnant. My current emloyer does not know yet that I am pregnant and if she  knows she might not renew my work pemit. I worked for her for 14 months. What is the best way for me to legalized my stay here in Canada? My Visa will expire on January 2012. Please...I need your opinion guyz...Thank you.

You can apply thru spousal sponsorship.  Your major concern now is health insurance.  Technically you are covered until January 2012, and can extend for 90 days (at least in Alberta).  So you will be covered until May 2012.  Your due date is April 2012 right?  Just make sure you have the dates correct as you don't want to not have insurance when you give birth as it is very expensive.
