Live In Caregiver Interview

My sister has applied for work permit under the Live in Caregiver Program. I'll be the employer. She's been asked to attend an interview in Buffalo (she's currently in Canada as a visitor).

Any ideas on how she can prepare for the interview? I've passed on the questions that was on this board as a sample.
