Hello its me again,I gave a 2 weeks notice or resignation letter to my boss.and what she did was asked me to packed my things and just drop me in loblaws from there my friends pick me up.she didn't give me my one month salary and ROE.. If I ask for lAbour mArket to help me?do I have a chAnce to get my salary and ROE?thAnks!!!!

That's sad. I hope you're doing good now. Yeah, call the labour and they will be the one to call your employer and make them pay what they owe you. Do u have an agency to complain? An front forget the ROE, u will need it. Goodluck to you!

I'm ok now,thank you,I have a question though,since she asked me to packed but I'm the one who resigned.can she still sue me for breach of contract?and how many days of waiting do I need,for my salary for her to mail it to my forewarded address I gave her.before I report it to labour?thank you so much

did u write your consent? Or was it just a verbal consent? If it was written then u have proof to show that u gave a 2 weeks consent. You have to talk to your employer if when will she send you your salary and ROE. If she don't have plans on paying you for the days that u e worked then itstime to call the labour. And they'll be the one to follow up on your employer.
