Hey guys and girls, well Ill make this short, I lived in Canada for around 4 years and became a permanent resident. I then came back to my country because my mom got really sick and decided to stay here with her, she seemed to get better and since I need to stay inside Canada for atleast 2 years out of 5 I went back to Canada and stayed there for only 1 year, my mom got worse so I had to come back to Mexico to see her.
As far as I know I already lost my PR status since its been a little over 2 years since I came to Mexico, but is there anyway I can get my PR status back? is it easier for me since I was a PR once? or is it exactly the same as someone else?
Also, my girlfriend in Canada is pregnant with my baby so I really want to go to Canada and well make a family but I dont really want to get married right now is there any other ways in case I cant get my PR status back?
