List of relatives that sponsored spouse has met

Assalamalaykum,

IMM 5540 Sponsor Questionnaire asks for the sponsor's relatives that the sponsored spouse has met in question 14. It does not ask for a separate list in case of insufficient space. But of course, my husband has met many more of my relatives and family friends than just the ten slots that are available for the question. Should we attach a separate list despite the fact that they haven't asked for one? Has anyone else done this?

This forum has provided us with a LOT of useful information and is making it much easier for us to go about this process. Thanks to everyone who has contributed in any way.

As well, just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the IMM 5490 form that I received with the package (that I ordereed from the CIC website in March of this year) was changed in April. You can find the latest version of this form on their website.

Attach a separate list if you feel it is necessary - the more information the better really.  Make sure the separate list is clearly labelled.

IMM 5490 has not changed since April 2008, no?  I have just tried downloading it now on CIC website and it says 04-2008....?

Thanx. We'd attach a separate list. A couple of days ago ... the IMM 5540 we downloaded had the revision date 04-2009. now its back . However this time Its the "Application to Sponsor and Undertaking" IMM 1344. (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM1344EA.pdf)
