I am planning to apply for Canadian PR.

I would like to know whether I need to submit my language proficiency proof and police clearance certificate with my first application or will the CIC will ask me when they need it?


Please let me know as this delaying my whole application.

I am residing in US.How can I obtain police clearnce certificate from India????

Can I get them from Indian Consulate?

1.  Are you applying to Buffalo or Delhi?
2.  If Buffalo, you require your IELTS and all the PCCs, please read the instructions and the checklist.
3.  You contact the Indian consulate, the instructions are on the web site.
