  B4 List Is not Important at all. You can have with you But Nobody will ask for it.
  Dhaka immi is not a problem as you have Immigrat VISA. So dont worry
  Dont Buy Mobile, Laptop & Other electronics as well as Kitchen Item.
  you can buy a Jeans here  @  $10.So you think will you buy cloths frm bangladesh.
  Buy Bedsheets &Fatua & Gayer chador
  Dont Carry any Gold & Jwellary coz its unsafe to hold in Home here.
  Try to findout Good Houses near to Market & Subway otherwise life would be difficult. Avoid Basement Houses.

Now about canada. Hope all of you do all research work abt Canada But let me share My Experience. Its a wonderfull country for living.

• Here Unity is Must.
  Odd Jobs available but in long run no benefit.
  Think About professional courses & Study first.
  Jobs you will not get easily.
  Those who are early 40s will face some challage.
  Those who have child over 4 will face some challenge
  Lastly those have strong regious views (Muslim)  may not survive here for long run.

  >>> it is still very important, things one brought with on landing may be taken out of Canada on departure temporarily and need to be brought back to Canada without custom duty. Not is list of accompanying / to be brought goods, is a trouble later on. For first timers bags are not normally opened.

>>> basements are cheap and are on month to month basis, move over is cheap, apartments come with a commitment of 6-12 months of lease. One should try to find basements which have window for fresh air and  light. Cant say that one can  always avoid basements, it depends upon ones budget. With basements cable/ internet / laundry / car parking comes free and in most of apartments one has to pay..

  After landing one should try to do following things at the earliest:
  1.  SIN
  2.  Bank account
  3.  Library membership
  4.  Visit neighbourhood services for resume update, ESL, FSL, Co Op info.
  5.  Someone interested in buying car- Go to Drive Test. G1 - G2 - G
  6.  Always go out to be used to places. Travel a lot.
  7.  Visit some placement agancies for survival jobs ( carry SIN and Passport )
  7.  Start enjoying.

...Try to get accommodation near any transportation route,grocery stores,community and near to your job place.Its my suggestion to rent a basement at the spur of the moment basis ,try to find out job and get familiar to Canadian Life Style ,then you can move where its suitable for you .
