My employer made adjustment with my salary effective this november but we will make the written renewal of contract come mar 2012. Do i have to make a letter to cic informing them about the changes now? My owp and pr is in process. Tnx

Just sign a new contract now (if you WP is still valid). At least you're protected.

Hi Bitoyzz,

What me and my employer did was just make an Ammendment of Wages Letter detailing the dates and the corresponding increases in minimum wage.

All other sections (freq. of pay, hours, days off, schedule, and ot) are the same per original signed contract.  Must be signed and dated by You and your employer then attached to the original contract.

tnx plussy .but i will just ask for a renewal of contract to make sure that the extension of wp will be longer since owp proc time is 18mos maximum. Cic might base d wp expiration with the contract duration.. I just dont want to lose status as well as the sin and ohip .tnx again
