hi,

i am inviting my parents here in canada. they are from manila, philippines.  is it necessary for the letter of invitation to be notarized by a notary public?  thank you.

Last year i sponsor my Aunt as a tourist, I just send a letter of invitation without notary plus certificate of employment. Not sure what is the latest requirement now.
